Dominica is considered the greenest island of the Antilles and attracts mainly nature lovers. Most interesting here are the two national parks in the north and in the south of the island, where you can go on extensive hikes through untouched nature.
Dominica is 46.4 km long and 25.6 km wide.
Another excursion destination is the only reservation of the Caribs in the east of the island, where you can learn something about the original way of life of the indigenous people of the Antilles.
