The department heads and supervisors of Touralpin Touristik have addressed these questions in these

two days with the trainer Herbert Reindl.

In the circle of the 7 participants, important contributions were developed in the workshop, which will be used in the

We have dealt with areas such as employee motivation – self-motivation, basic attitude towards goals

and agreements, among other things.
