Our business area

First and foremost, Touralpin Touristik is a supplier of hotel capacity in Austria. The distribution of these capacities is in turn organized, promoted, and passed on to the sales channels by the various tour operator partners (e.g., TUI, SchauInsLand-Reisen, DerTour, Sunweb, SummitTravel, FalkTravel, Inghams, Dejong, MarcoPolo, Interhome).

Capacities are negotiated and contracted directly with the hotelier and service provider on site. To this end, several sales representatives spend 12 months a year traveling throughout Austria to negotiate suitable capacities. Furthermore, renegotiations are carried out on an ongoing basis and new hotel offers are incorporated into the sales channels accordingly. This way of working is supported by a computer system developed for Touralpin Touristik, which is constantly adapted to the latest state of the art.

This computer system is the basis for proper recording of current contracts with all necessary components (seasonal periods, prices, infrastructure, hotel equipment, room facilities, catering services, special services, tender texts, etc.).

Some of the contracts entered can already be forwarded to the sales partners completely digitally, enabling fast and uncomplicated bookability.

Thanks to the automated processes, the flow of information (e.g. ongoing reservations) between the individual sales partners in the source markets and our hotel partners or service providers in the destination is handled with virtually no delays.

Despite the automated processes, an experienced and dedicated team is still available for all concerns. This enables Touralpin Touristik to guarantee fast and uncomplicated handling of, for example, inquiries, contingent control, etc.

Distribution channels:

Partnerships have been agreed with several renowned event organizers for the distribution of the purchased products. This results in a distribution network with which we can serve several source markets. Our most important source markets are currently Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, UK, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Poland.

Through this total package, we can ensure on the one hand that guests can book their vacation in Austria without worries and on the other hand that the service providers find a competent local partner with many years of experience.
